Amanda Letts, MA, LMHC, LADC-1
Amanda Letts, MA, LMHC, LADC-1, obtained her Masters in Community Counseling from Seattle University in 2013 and has worked in an array of settings such as schools (elementary through high school), outpatient, inpatient, and emergency rooms. Amanda has deep experience with children, adolescents, and their families, and has also worked with individual adults as well. Amanda has a specific interest in the perinatal period and has completed a certificate in CBT for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
Amanda utilizes an empathetic, strength-based approach, with foundations in DBT and CBT. Amanda deeply believes that each person’s journey is unique and successful treatment happens by meeting the client where they are. She takes a collaborative approach to help people reach their goals. Amanda specializes in working with people with depression, anxiety, ADHD, family issues, divorce/separation, relationship and peer issues, self-esteem, and identity issues. Amanda has worked with a range of people, and bring some specific experience with LGBTQ+ folks.
