Kaitlyn Tabinsky, MA, LMHC


Kaitlyn Tabinsky, MA, LMHC, (she/her/hers), graduated from University of Buffalo with a Bachelors in Psychology and Boston College with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. Kaitlyn has worked in intensive and outpatient centers, including the OCD treatment program at McLean Hospital in both individual and group approaches. 


Kaitlyn’s clinical areas of interest include: depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, ADHD, identity, grief and LGBTQIA+. She uses a range of treatment approaches to help clients meet their goals, including: acceptance and commitment therapy, exposure and response prevention, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and motivational approaches.
